Best. Experience. Ever. I called Jones Septic after using another company for three years. Not only did the owner do a wonderfully thorough job, he took the time to explain everything to me. I really appreciate the time he took to answer all of my questions (having not grown up in a home with septic). In addition, he referred me to two companies that can fix and replace septic systems (Precision Septic Service and Big Papa Joe's) if ever needed AND a reputable plumber (Cowboy Plumbing) who I will be calling very soon. Btw, did I mention this was all done on New Year's Eve? Yes, the pricing was fair and the same amount I paid the last company. Couldn't be happier! My mind is at ease. Thank you, Jones Septic!

Our septic tank overflowed on Christmas eve and Jones Septic was the only company that answered when I called...on Christmas Day. They came out first thing Dec 26 and emptied the tank. Thanks for the great service.

I called Jones Septic upon referral. We had used another company for over 10 years and never felt overly impressed with their customer service. Jones answered their phone immediately and Mr. Jones scheduled our service for the very next morning! They called/texted to confirm and announce they were on their way. They arrived right on time and got straight to work. This is a family owned business and I am thankful and grateful for their honest and upstanding work ethic! We will use them and refer business to them every chance we get!

Jones is wonderful. We had an emergency, and he came and pumped the tank out on a major holiday. He’s up-front, honest, and fair. Nice guy and he does a great job.
